Control your fish with the arrow keys. Eat minnows smaller than you for points. The lower down you are, the bigger the minnows are, resulting in more points. Avoid piranhas that follow you. Avoid sharks that come behind you. Last as long as you can in 60 seconds! There is a time bonus for how long you have survived
