Petit Fours

Petit fours are essentially miniature cakes and they can be made with a wide variety of flavors and decorations. Petit fours are made in a variety of ways, with a single layer of cake or several layers of cake sandwiched with marzipan, jam, ganache, pastry cream or other choices before covering with a glaze or icing. They are classy looking and delicious and are often served at special events such as a Wedding, baby shower, tea parties or just for fun. These Petit Fours are so easy to make and very delicious!
