On Saturday, March 28, the Young Literati of the Library Foundation of Los Angeles and hundreds of Angelenos gathered at The LINE Hotel in celebration of the Los Angeles Public Library.

The evening was curated by Amanda and Shepard Fairey, Roy Choi, Kate Hudson, and Jason Reitman.
The program was hosted by Busy Philipps and featured readings and performances by Colin Hanks, Gillian Jacobs, Jason Mantzoukas, Ali Shaheed Muhammad, Jenny Slate, Mae Whitman, and La Santa Cecilia.
Proceeds from the Seventh Annual Toast will support the Los Angeles Public Library's Full STEAM Ahead program - a series of integrated science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) workshops and events for children, teens, and adults.
